Anything I added previously worked fine. So I did what any logical person would do when this happened; painstakingly go through my entire modlist painstakingly turning each mod off and on in search of a cause. This unfourtunatley didnt do anything, so I just re-installed fallout back onto my c drive. This may have been the case before, but I wasnt completely aware of it.
I am running the latest version of fallout, and modified all the files myself to make the game mod compadible as well as looking for other people experiencing the same issue. Any ideas? This frustrating problem puts me on the verge of wiping my whole computer and starting again. Workshop mods cant install for some reason "operation could not be completed".
